Do NOT stay at this facility if you value your belonging. Our room was robbed with no evidence of forced entry. Security was useless. Hotel management was useless. To add insult to injury were accused by hotel insurance agent of misplacing 3 laptops,digital camera, camcorder,PDA,and numerous other items. Management has dragged their feet as has Orlando police. Were told to make claim with our insurance company but how do you claim pictures and movies of a graduation and cruise taken the week before. Calls to hotel management not returned. Vacation that was to be special was a nightmare.

Definatly needs improvement in service especially room service, as wel as shuttle needs to go to all destinations, not alwayes shuttle available for transportation

Great Place to stay for a Disney trip

Great rates; nice, clean condos that can sleep between eight and twelve - good for families; fully equipped kitchen with daily cleaning service; washer/dryer; free & plentiful parking; good pool areas; just miles from Disney; neighbouring Publix grocery store and Walgreens; courteous front-desk service
